When the $3/1 coupons were going around I bought two pints of Ben & Jerry's. I wasn't happy with my pint, the brownies were chewy and tasted weird but not bad enough not to finish it since there were very few brownies in it. Didn't think anything of it until I saw this section of AFC. I decided I would go ahead and email Ben & Jerry's through their complaint section on the website just to let them know about my experience. Also complimented them on their practices of making the ice cream and where they got the brownies from (bakery that hires differently-abled people). I had since thrown away the container, so I didn't have any information so I told them that and that I just wanted to inform them. Less than a week later I received a coupon for a free pint and another coupon for $0.55/1, a nice small poster of all the flavors, and a really nice letter!! I was very impressed and am excited for some more Ben & Jerry's!

wow thats great! we got to try several flavors of the ben and jerrys with those coupons and we were not impressed with a couple of them.

i LOVED the vanilla and carmel in the carmel sutra (sp?) but wasnt a fan of the chocolate in it.

I love the brownie ice cream they make. I dont think I've come across one I dont like but I normally find one I like and dont eat any other kinds. Im kinda picky with ice cream .

My absolute favorite Ben & Jerrys is the Cinnamon Bun. OMG when I had the $3 q's thats all I would buy and now I'm out I wish they'd come out with those again.
