| Great customer service from goodstart!
So I called a couple weeks ago because was wondering why my daughters Good Start Soy formula was turning hot pink after it has sat for a couple hours. They lady I first talked to was very nice,but transfered me to her supervisor because she had no idea why. Well he told me that it had something to do with the vitamins being shook up.& just for calling in he said he wanted to give me a FREE can of formula. I told him that it wasn't necessary because I have WIC and didn't pay for it anyway. But he insisted,and in todays mail I got a coupon for a free can!

I've had great customer service with them too. When DD#1 was a baby, I found a shelf full of way past expired formula at Kmart. I emailed good start to let them know so they could possibly do something about it and not have people think it was their fault and I got a coupon for a free can in the mail about a week later.

I've also had great experiences with them. I had signed up for the baby mailings a couple of months before my daughter was born... at two months old I still hadn't received anything. I e-mailed them simply to ask if it was a mistake on my part (perhaps I didn't check the appropriate box when signing up). They were super nice... they responded by e-mail stating that in the computer it looked like it had gone out months ago, but no worries, we'll send new goodies. I recieved a free can of formula, 8 $2 off ANY Good Start coupons, and the current mailer and checks! It all came very quick, too!
