Yay! I did not know there was a Country Living! Woo Hoo!! I live in New Mexico.....
Ok let me tell you a bit about myself. I am a mommy of two boys and married to a great hubby. I never imagined that I would live so in touch with nature and I LOVE it! Love it I just got my BA in Elementary Education(graduated last sat) so I could be a farmer. .
Where do I start we have 3 gardens ones small and 2 larger ones.
In my smaller garden (40ft by 30ft) and the other 2 are 100ft by 30
We finished planting today so I am so exhausted 100 transplants and then we picked cherries and strawberries what a day! But is was a great feeling! amazing.
We also have 3 apple orchards mixed with peach trees, cherry trees, plum, apricot, and pear.
i am in the process of working on a flower garden in the front of my house.
I also have about 40 chickens 3 adult goats(3babies) 2pigs 7 rabbits 2dogs and a cat.
and yes most of them have names.
Well I just wanted to introduce myself and I am so excited to learn and meet my fellow country living community.

Our cherries arent quite ready, just started turning. We have a couple gardens too. Planted everything this past weekend.
We also have apple trees, pear and cherry trees but I would love to add some plums to it.
