Don't know for sure???? But I would think it is, After all it's just the sugar in it that has been substituded.

I have poured Coke on battery terminals when my truck wouldn't start and it ate the corrosion off them

I have also poured Coke on my windshield and wiped it with newspaper to get really sticky bird poop off it.

Worse with the aspartame. Put a tooth in it and it will disolve the tooth enamal in 2 days or less!

Nice to know that i am not the only one who has used Coke to clean off my batter terminals before
