I am looking for a Stuffed Pepper Cassarole recipe. I had it as a frozen dinner for lunch today and I want to make it for dinner this weekend. Any help would be appreciated. I looked online, but you just never know how it will taste.

Never heard of this. I too would love to see a recipe. I make stuffed peppers and freeze them. But, I use Tomato Soup instead of sauce. They taste better that way. Then make some mashed potatoes and place that pepper on the plate and pour some tomato soup over it and a nice ladel in your potatoes.... YUMM-O!!!

Don't have a casserole recipe per se, but here is the recipes I use. (i've modified it from allrecipes) 6 green or red bell peppers 1 pound ground beef (grassfed if possible) 1/3 cup chopped onion 1/3 cup chopped zuchinni 1 (14.5 ounce) can whole peeled tomatoes, chopped 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce 1/2 cup cooked brown rice 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese 2 (10.75 ounce) cans condensed tomato soup salt, pepper, and garlic powder to taste Boil the peppers (tops and guts discarded) for 5 mins. Cook onions, zuchinni and beef thoroughly. Add all other ingredients and simmer for 10 mins. Add mixture to peppers and top with additional cheese. Pop in a 350 degree oven for 20-30 mins
