 Hubby Birthday! Trying to Decide
Not sure, Cause going out tomorrow night. Going to Redding tomorrow to see grandkids. So I will cook tonight and go out tomorrow. We have 7 grandkids. 5 girls and 2 boys/ Holly 16, Daniel 14, Garrett 11, Morgan 6, Taylor 4, Amelia 1 and lalini 8 mo. We are very happy to have them too. Love um all Sorry got off on kids. Think I will bake a cake for him. and do something simple tonight may BLT fries with our cake or Bannana Splits. Oh He will be 52 today.  |

OMG I still haven't finished my pot of coffee..I always forget to take out meat for dinner...UMM tonight lets have London Broil...I guess I should get up and take it out of the freezer... cmlassengirl Happy birthday to the hubby.... |

Tonight is baked chicken breast stuffed with pork ground meat (seasoned for stuffing), wrapped in bacon. Fresh green beans, and spinach salad. Trying to stick to low carbs. |

I am going to have my creation, I take a couple of sirlion steaks cut them up and put them in the crock pot with two cans of cream of mushroom soup, can of mushrooms let them cook for about 4 hours on high and then put it over noodles. My kids love it and it is easy for me.

Tonight we are having leftover spaghetti casserole from Wednesday night, with french bread and a side salad. My friend has been getting coupons for me from my favorite Mexican restaurant(she is so thoughtful and giving!!!)so maybe my hubby will take me there for dinner tomorrow! |

Tonight I am making smothered BBQ chicken. It's boneless chix bbq'd on the grill smothered in cheddar cheese and grilled onions served with roasted herbed potatoes and a cuke/tomato salad.

It's Friday night and my house rule....is no cooking on Fridays. So whatever we can pick up with be for dinner.
