Hi!

I used to have this great recipe for black beans which used salsa and now I can't find it anywhere! I'm hoping someone out there has something like it.

I think I got it from Taste of Home, but of course I couldn't find it on their website.

My family liked the salsa because it gave the beans a kick, so if any of you gals, have something like that, it would be great!

I love Mango Black bean salsa...2 mangos cubed, 2 tomatoes cubed,
2 T fresh basil, 1/4 cut red onion chopped, 1 red pepper chopped and 1 jalapeno seeded and chopped. Pour 1/2 cup Newman's own italian salad dressing over it. YUMMY!

I like black bean and corn salsa..can't remember whats in it besides blk beens, corn, italian drsg, tomatoes,.....

My sister makes this stuff which is black beans & rice w/ fresh garlic, fresh lime, fresh cilantro, and fresh tomatoes in it. It's a warm salad. So good. You could do salsa instead of the tomatoes.

Around here, there is a recipe like that on the back of the can of (I believe) Busch's black beans. Also calls for petite diced tomatos, corn, italian dressing, onion -- YUMMY! May have to make a grocery store run! We love it on Tostitos - and it is great to have sitting in the fridge!
