This simple, fat-free appetizer works well with fat free sour cream, too. Serve with baked chips or cut veggies. INGREDIENTS: 1 15-ounce can black beans 1/2 cup salsa 1/2 cup plain fat free yogurt 1/4 tsp cumin 2 tbsp chopped fresh cilantro PREPARATION: Place black beans and salsa in a blender and puree until smooth. Spoon dip into a bowl. Stir in yogurt, cumin and cilantro. Makes 2 cups. Per Serving (1/4 cup): Calories 48, Calories from Fat 0, Cholesterol 0, Sodium 190mg, Carbohydrate 9g, Fiber 2.6g, Protein 3.1g |
