Easy Breakfest for 70-Need ideas!

So, at my new job every employee takes turns buying breakfast for the entire company one Friday (basically, I will buy it once every 75 weeks, because there is about 75 people in the company)

I might just go the easy way and go doughnuts or bagels but bagels plus cream cheese will be expensive for 75 people!

So anyone have any frugal ideas which are easy to make and do? I still have to be to work at 7:30, so I leave at 7:15 or earlier so I don't want anything I have to cook for a long time in the morning.

The first week I worked there someone did bagels and muffins, the second week (yesterday) somebody did eggs, sausage, cheese and tortillas to make a wrap but the eggs were cold and most people ended up microwaving them.

Thanks!

You could make breakfast burritos. I make these and freeze them. All you need is eggs, tortillas, sausage and cheese. You could make a whole bunch ahead of time and serve them in a roaster or crock pot.

Breakfast casseroles, a couple with eggs, sausage, cheese, potatoes and a couple without them. You can make most of them the night before and bake while you're getting ready in the morning.

Since your drive is so short, it would still be warm if you took it out of the oven right when you were leaving. Add a couple quarts of vanilla yogurt and some fresh strawberries to put in it. Maybe some kind of bread. And you have a pretty hearty breakfast.

Found on pintrest...pancake bites made in muffin tins then you could heat quickly in microwave and pour syrup over them..they look easy and very portable
Good luck feeding that many people
