Today is the first day of our preschool music camp at church. I do the choreography and lead them, so I am pooped! I also ended up sleeping in a pink twin bed last night with a princess kicking, slapping, scratching, and smothering me. She's worth it, but I'm sleepy....

SOUNDS LIKE A HAMBURGER HELPER NIGHT TO ME! With ice cream to follow. Ice cream cures all.

Hubby is on a business trip....so I don't have to cook....yay! Planning on leftover tuna steak, from weekend and roasted broccoli....yum!

Tonight is easy for me! A friend of mine and I are going to the movies and the fam is ordering pizza! Makes for each lunch packing too, I will just put the leftovers in hubby's lunch for tomorrow!

Chicken Tortilla Casserole, Mexican Rice and Salad.

The Latin Market had a Q for flavored Tortilla's, the Chipotle was golden red, but DH wanted the flourescent green Jalapeno ones.
I had hoped the color would mellow out after cooking this morning when I was making them at 4AM, but no go.
The color makes the casserole look unappealing & it is very spicy.
I might just have Cottage Cheese & Salad.

I managed to go the whole day and didn't lose power! So we had the steak salad we were going to have last night

This sounds delish. I couldn't find a Kraft FT that I thought I'd like but I'd bet I'd like rosemary chicken. Going to have to keep my eye out for that one.

We had grilled chicken, roasted potatoes, baked beans, and yeast rolls. Just made a new dessert- angel food bars (mix angel food cake mix with a box of fat free pudding (I used french vanilla) and add 2 c. skim milk. Bake 30 minutes at 350). DH and I just had a piece warm from the oven. It's good. Sort of a cross between angel food cake and egg custard.

There are two of you that post here that will know what I am talking about.............I was thinking tonight during dinner that I sure wished I was in Kernersville NC to get Musten & Crutchfield Pimento Cheese or in Spartanburg SC to eat at the Beacon. It is sad when your eating and thinking of other food.

Well I can't report back that the movie was good or not, my friend had to pick up her daughter last night instead of today, her daughter's father had an emg. so she cancelled, so we ordered 2 pizzas and coke from Dominions and had a good evening just the family and no clean up after wards

Yep you were one of the ones I was talking about. LOL. I simply LOVE theirs and have all my life. The chicken salad isnt bad either. Now I will be jealous wondering if your having Pimento Cheese from now on.

Musten & Crutchfield is on the main drag in Kernersville uptown. If your a pimento cheese fan, you will most likely love it. Do not think along the lines of a Ruth's or other brand - MUCH better. They do also deliver their products to Walmarts and Lowes Foods in the surrounding area - so you may be able to save some gas by checking those stores out. I have been trying to talk them in to delivering to Lowes and Walmart closer to the Charlotte market so I will not have to drive up 3 times a year for Pimento Cheese
