Lovely day here! My daughter's K3 program is this morning. We might have Mexican lasagna tonight. I forgot to thaw some meat, and ground beef is easy to thaw in the microwave. What's for dinner at your house today?

its going to be rainy all day here  I'm thinking beef stew, I gotta make sure I have everything before I get my hopes up though

Found 1/2 lb of ground beef and 1/2 lb of mild sausage lurking in the freezer so I'm going to mix them together and make burger patties...we'll see how that goes! Then some suddenly salad on the side. Strawberries over twinkies for dessert....this has quickly become a favorite around here recently! |

Need to do groceries, never did do a meal plan for this week just tried to use up what I had buying as little as possible. I'm making a meal plan tomorrow and will do groceries Friday so I'm just stopping at Food Town later for some center cut pork chops that are on sale and we'll do that tonight, maybe slice some up for a stir fry tomorrow and then Friday it's pizza  |

I had planned on having Chef Salad but we had it for lunch. Will probably do beef kabobs or steak on the grill.
