| What's for Dinner?: 4/26/12
Weather is nice here today. I'm prepping for my daughter's birthday party today. I'm going to oven-roast some chicken tonight and serve with zucchini & some sort of potato or noodle side. On a funny note, I'm typing this from the side of the road, cause I ran out of gas... What's for dinner at your house?

oh Brie what a way to start the day  I think we are doing potato soup and homemade bread. Its really yucky here today so that sounded warm and cozy.

It's overcast and expected to rain today. Tonight is refrigerator buffet! Choices are: pulled pork shrimp alfredo baked ziti salad baked sweet potato's taco fixins Have a great day!

It's still raining after a lightning windstorm last nite, all of the hot, humid weather gone, happy! Cauliflower Salad-used up all frozen bags, added Kraft Roasted Red Pepper Salad Drsng. Turkey Sandwiches Dreyer's Pineapple Popsicles |

Crab cakes ( ok imitation crab cakes) sweet chili sauce, and I need a good side to go with... Maybe roasted potatoes? This is a ruby Tuesday copy cat recipe but I use ground oatmeal instead of bread crumbs

DD and GDD are going out to eat so I am thinking DH and I are going to get Chinese. Still hot here (95 officially yesterday and broke record from 1901!!!) still haven't turned on the AC but supposed to rain tonight and for next 2 days.

We had a quick dinner, since Logan had soccer practice. We grilled hot dogs and had french fries. The boys just had a snack of chocolate ice cream before bed. Maybe I'll have some for my dessert later! Have a good night all! |

Ended up with fried chicken from the local takeout place...$8 for 4 pieces, 2 sides, 2 biscuits and 2 drinks!

Yesterday was a crazy day for us (translate to "ME" since I'm the only one who apparently knows how to cook  ) so we ended up with burgers and baked potatoes! YUM!
