| What's for Dinner? 4/3/12
Tuesday nights are always "Kid's Choice" at my house because my hubs works nights on Tuesdays. It'll most likely be pizza rolls or chicken nuggets. What's for dinner at your house today?

Either left over Pulled BBQ pork and green beans or fried eggs and sausage (were low carb so the BBQ will be eaten with out buns) kids will probably have left over hot dogs, Mac and cheese and cheesy veggies...

I'm getting ready to put a pot roast in the crockpot. We're trying a new recipe: Slow Cooker Three Envelope Pot Roast Sliders. We'll probably have some mashed potatoes to go with them. Not sure on other sides or dessert at this point! Have a great day! |

I'm still trying to decide - I'm thinking maybe Meatloaf, mashed potatoes and shoepeg corn (I know lots of starches but my 'SO likes it that way). This has become our go to meatloaf recipe Company Meatloaf-Meatloaf- Recipe - Food.com - 148409 I can make 2 loaves and freeze one for later since there are only the 2 of us. My SO loves to take leftover meatloaf in a sandwich for lunch the next day.

I didn't do a menu plan like I normally do, I just bought a bunch of meat and veggies that were good deals after price matching. Tonight I'm thinking pork chops, baked potatoes and asparagus! YUMMO! |

Well tonight were having a smoked sausage pasta dinner. Never made this before I hope its good. And I am going to put together a salad and garlic bread. Hope everyone has a great day!

I remembered to get the crockpot set up this morning so we will be having beef roast and gravy, mashed potatoes, corn and green beans for dinner tonight. Dessert will be healthy ice cream sandwiches or fudge bars. Enjoy your Tuesday everyone!  |

Tonight, will be a pasta dish and I have to use up the fresh broccoli, before we leave for the beach! I will probably make a tossed salad for another side dish. Have a good day!

I caved and got Little Caesar's for me & the kids. We're about to have some rough weather, so I went with no-cook-easy-cleanup. I had a coupon for free bread, so it was only $5 for the pizza.

Well all three of my kiddos plus my dh got the stomach virus (AGAIN) going on three weeks off and on we've been dealing with this!  I still had my sausage & eggs but dh had cereal (dairy with the stomach virus :P whatever  ) My poor kiddos all they got was a banana, apple sauce and ritz crackers with popcicles for desert... So far they've kept it down :/
