We have early dentist appointments so I have to scoot.

Dinner tonite will be hot ham and cheese sandwiches with slaw and roasted potato quarters.

Tonight is leftover night. Then DD 9 has a "pajama jammie jam" at the school tonight for two hours.

DH mentioned having "something with tortillas" yesterday, so maybe we'll do tacos or chicken enchiladas with a side of spanish rice. Need to check the freezer and stockpile!

Stir fry made with marked down beef strips from Foodlion. Using a 1/2 bag of birdseye stir fry veggies that I got 50% off - throwing in some extra onions and carrots and white rice. Trying the Kikkoman stir fry sauce I got with a coupon. Making extra rice for stuffed peppers later.

I will be making Linguini & Clams for the first time tonight. I hope it turns out well. I have been craving this for a while, found an easy recipe and keeping my fingers crossed. We will just have garlic bread to go along with it.

I think we'll have fish - tilapia for me, salmon for DH.

DH is cooking tonight so the menu is Pork Steaks marinated in Hawaiian dressing, mac-n-cheese, green beans & biscuits.

BTW, I'm LOVING having a freezer full of meat! Buying in bulk was the best thing we have ever done with our tax refund!

Put Beef Stew in the slow cooker this morning (that thing is getting a work out this week!) and we will have Kings Hawaiian rolls on the side. This is my newest favorite bread by the way and they make cute "mini" sandwiches for DD's lunch.

Tonight I think is just frozen jack's pizza, doctored up with extra pepperoni, sausage, mushrooms and cheese. Doesn't sound too appealing, so we shall see if it sticks or not :-)

Homemade pizza. We don't get tired of it and I'm experimenting with a 3 day cold rise on the crust. Today is day 3. The crust I've been using is ok, but to me a little bland. The 3 day rise in the fridge is supposed to give the crust more flavor. I'm hoping it works.
