Chef3 Slow Cooker Spoon Peaches

Makes 6 Servings

Slow Cooker Spoon Peaches

1/3 cup sugar

1/2 cup brown sugar

3/4 cup buttermilk baking mix

2 eggs

2 tsp. vanilla

2 tsp. butter or margarine, melted

half a 12-oz. can evaporated milk

2 cups MASHED peaches, FRESH, FROZEN OR CANNED (IF CANNED, drain slightly)

3/4 tsp. cinnamon

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ ~~~~~

1. Combine sugar, brown sugar, and baking mix.

2. Add eggs and vanilla. Mix Well.

3. Add margarine and milk. Mix well.

4. Add peaches and cinnamon. Mix Well. Pour into GREASED slow cooker.

5. Cover. Cook on LOW 6-8 hours.

6. Serve warm with whipped cream or vanilla ice cream!!!!!

This sounds YUMMY, Lisa! I love fresh peaches. Do you thing it would matter if I just slice my peaches really thin instead of mashing them???

Oh My goodness! This sounds awesome! I need to make this anytime soon (what do you prefer/recommend, fresh frozen or canned peach for this?)

I haven't actually tried it yet. I got a "page a day" calendar that has actual recipe cards for every day. Thought this sounded yummy and easy. I'm gonna try and make it this weekend! Hope it's like peach cobbler........cause that's one of my favorites!!!

I just finished a bowl of this, and it's YUMMY!!! I used fresh peaches (3), and just sliced them real thin. *heading to kitchen for MORE* Thank you, Lisa, for this awesome recipe.

What kind of baking mix you'all using? Sounds wonderfull. My mouth is watering just thinking about that smell the whole day!
