Dinner tonight will be baked chicken breasts with noodles and whatever leftover veggies I can dig out of the fridge. Have a GREAT day!

I'm happy to say that I have three days off and am preparing our house for the next natural disaster that hits us. (If you've read my stockpiling help thread, you know what I mean.) Anyway, in a few hours I'm going to put in two roasts in my turkey roasting pan and that will be supper and left overs tomorrow as we continue to relocate lots of stuff in our house. (The back bedroom, which has a hospital bed in that has to stay there, has also been serving as a huge walk in closet is in the process of being rearranged/cleaned out and my stockpile is being moved in there.) Stay dry, stay safe this wet and wild weekend! |

Good morning! We are expecting to get hit by Irene tomorrow afternoon. Luckily no evacuations here. For those that being evacuated and affected by Irene today, my prayers and blessing are with you. Hope you are safe. I will be alone for dinner tonight. DBF is going to Boston tonight for a comedy show. I will probably just have leftover pizza from last night. Hope everyone has a great day.

Saturday night race at Bristol means pizza at our house. Our neck of the woods will see the effects of the Irene starting tonight sometime between midnight & 2-AM.. I will be keeping all in her path in my thoughts & prayers.. Stay safe!! |

We will be watching the Bristol race too - go Jeff Gordon! The grands will be here for dinner - I am thinking breakfast for dinner - French toast & bacon - easy & they love it! |

We're having leftover herb roasted chicken for lunch....DH and I will have it made into chicken salad sandwiches, and the girls will have the leftover mashed potatoes and stuff with it. Supper will be cheeseburgers on the grill... Be safe East Coast friends!

I put frozen chicken wings in the crock pot, with some onion and a bottle of sweet baby ray's BBQ sauce. Will serve these with some rice...yum yum!! And so easy....
