I'm going to try the new farmer's market again. (I got rained out last Saturday.) I'm looking for tomatoes and green beans. If I get my green beans, I'll stop at Super Target and pick up some ham hocks -- they have nice big, meaty ones. I'll throw some potatoes in the pot and let it simmer on the back burner all afternoon. Maybe some corn muffins, too? Sounds good to me.

I was going to make the chicken casserole with cream mush soup, mixed veggies and stove top on top. But I was up until 4 am with DD- she was throwing up and had runny #2. Lots of fun and lots of laundry for me this AM. Luckily, DH got up with DS, so I got to sleep until 10:30. Poor DD said to me, "Mom, I am sorry I am so much trouble." Then she woke up from a nightmare and told me that she dreamed she never got better. She is much better this morning and we hope it was just something she ate.

Anyhow, I don't know if we are going to be in the mood for a big dinner tonight, so we may just have sandwiches and DD may just have Saltines.

We are meeting some friends at Bucca Di Pepo. I am looking forward to this, their food is yummy! Best of all, Autism Speaks is picking up the bill to thank us for volunteering our time for the last walk we had in September. It should be fun.

I wanna go to Olive Garden! We're finally going to have the honey pecan pork chops that we were planning on having a few days ago. Also, acorn squash cooked the Pioneer Woman way and steamed spinach.

My sister took my daughter and I to Bucca Di Pepo in Houston for my daughters birthday and we LOVED it. Wish I had one close to me in Kansas.

I have been looking for an Autism/Asperger's group close to me to get some questions answered. Is Autism Speaks nation wide?

We are having breakfast for dinner at the request of the kids. Scrambled eggs (free), sausage (coupon and sale), toast, and fresh tomatoes---still had some turning on the counter
