| It's Never Too Late
It may have taken me awhile , but I finally graduated and got my diploma. I officially graduated June 2011, but tonight I finally got to walk across the stage !! It was great to see the others graduate too. One of the men there was in his fifties. It may seem hard and definitely a struggle but so worth it. We have some great teachers who volunteer their time to help us reach our goals, as well as college prep classes. For those who may be struggling with getting their GED's hang in there. It's tough but so rewarding when you can hold that paper in your hands.  |

my dad was always so ashamed that he did not finish high school 9even though he is a very succesful business man). He finally got his ged in his 50's. the proud smile on his face was sooo worth it! congrats on your accomplishment!

Thanks everyone It was my 29th birthday present to myself. They only have one graduation a year so had to wait to do that but it was a blast to walk across the stage.
