Today will be my first day trying it, but I have 'heard' that you can use the code once for each credit card you scan. (They ask you to scan your card so that if you return it late, it will charge you, I believe.)
So, I guess you could use it twice if you have two cards.

OK... I was just wondering if there was anyone out there that could explain the redbox codes to me. How does this work? I guess I am confused about how many times you can use each code. I was under the impression that you could use each code once with each different credit card scanned.
Background:
Yesterday I went to redbox and used the Monday code "QNGJ7KD" which successfully worked with two different credit cards.
Today when I went to return them, I thought I would try some of the other codes to see if I could get a movie for tonight. I first tried the code "WALMART" (I was at a WalMart Redbox) and it said it was invalid. Next I tried the code "MQ6GXJ6"...It went through as an accurate code, but then when I scanned my credit card (the same one from last night) it told me the code had already been used.
My question is...Can you only use one credit card for a free movie no matter what code you are using?

THe 1st Monday of the month codes will work on multiple credit cards. Some codes are one time use and are usually codes issued by Redbox as a customer service thing........to help when someone has a complaint. I am unsure about the second code you used, but maybe someone posted it not knowing that it was a one time use. Normally, the codes will work on multiple accounts......unless Redbox has figured out a way around that!

Had you used that code before, or was that the first time? I am thinking that is a code they send to people when they first sign up for texting or email, and I don't believe it expires, but is only good once (once on each credit card) I am hoping you had used it before and are going to tell me that it worked again!
