Yes, those are real. Signing up will give you a coupon for the diaper bag that you are supposed to redeem at the hospital when you have the baby. However, I didn't find out about that until after I left the hospital so I emailed them (Enfamil) directly and asked them about it, and they sent me one to my house. I did the same with Similac.
