I recently sent them a huge email since our family literally drinks a gallon a day. I got a email back saying I should buy the powder version on their website to save on environmental waste: of the gallon bottles." ummm thanks? But I was hoping for some coupons here."

I definately would have replied to them about that email! That is actually insulting. I would have told them, thanks for the environmental take on it... i will make my own tea from now on instead of buying from you!

wow i wrote something similar from her because i do tend to buy a lot of there products and i got a awsome response from them <3

i got in the mail two days ago!
-4 full size products of there powder drinks woo makes about 6 pitchers of tea per full size product and a whole bunch of tea bags about 50 or 60 of them and not to mention also $1.00 off there gallon drinks about 9 coupons! wooo im sooo happy i contacted them hope you have as much as luck as i did

i just looked them up on google.com and find the contact us button most of the websites have them some of them you have to either send a letter by snail mail or call them but either way i have gotten awsome coupons by that!
