I emailed Tide about their free and gentle I think that's the name don't quote on it and raved about how it works a lot better than their dreft that I was using to was babies clothes in. They emailed me back apologizing about not having any luck with the dreft and that they were glad I stuck with their product. They sent me fee coupon on tide 64oz, $2.50 off pampers cruisers, and $1 off tide.

This was over the past couple months so far.

I emailed Welch's to rave about their new flavors of sparkling juice and they sent me 2 .75/ANY 1 product of theirs.

I complained about a product from my local grocery store and instead of just sending me a replacement coupon, they sent me a $25 gift card.

I emailed another local store about a broken jar and they sent a $5 gift card to cover the cost.

I emailed Gold Peak Tea to complain about a foul tasting tea I had bought that wasn't expired and they sent me a replaced coupon for a free bottle.

Ok so today I get a letter in the mail from P&G about this and it had 2 $10 off one pack of pampers diapers or pants over $15. And a free sample of their pods. But don't know if there is more coming or not.

Pampers sent me q's for $10 off $15 or more q's. Not free but pretty dang close. Also LUV's when I complained about their product sent me a free bag.

how do you compliment companies? do you just go to contact us and send a email, call, etc??

There is a thread on afc that has company contact info, you just follow the links and it pulls up the contact forms for the companies right away. Very easy, takes very little time, with a great payoff. Love it!!!
