I sent a letter to Ziploc (SC Johnson) and told them about how I had done comparison shopping and purchased Hefty zipper bags to save money as they were quite a bit less; however, the zippers did not close well, my cheese went dry, had spills in the fridge because of the seal not closing! I went on to say that I will stay with Ziploc because of their quality.I also said I would share the quality of the product on the forum!

She wrote me back the next day (I sent it on Sunday and got an email today) thanking me for my comments, she is sending me coupons for TWO FREE Ziploc products and $10 worth of SC Johnson products!

I thought that was fantastic. I wrote a note back thanking and that companies who treat their consumers so well deserve loyalty!

That is awesome! I favor the Ziploc brand too and loved the house party for them too. They were very generous with the products on that one. Makes me a loyal customer too!
