Which Paper to Buy?

I bought both the Denver Post and The Gazette in Colorado Springs today to compare. The coupons were very different, apart from the PG & GM coupons. I also noticed I didn't get as many sales ads in the Denver Post although it seemed to have the better coupons.

Which paper do you usually purchase?

I got a subscription to the gazette because they called me and offered me a wed/sunday delivery. I've been pleased with the coupons. I've also noticed on Wednesday I get a insert in the mail of coupons.

I usually get two copies of the Denver paper, and sometimes I'll run out and get a copy of the Boulder one as well. Lately, I've found that if the Denver paper isn't carrying some of the "non-main" inserts (for instance, the occasional Target/Purina ones, etc.) that the Boulder paper will. I wouldn't be surprised if the same held true for the one in Colorado Springs. I think it's definitely worth watching. I have noticed that the Boulder paper usually has less coupons in their inserts, but may have some of the more sought-after ones.

I've gotten one of each the last two weeks. It's funny, the differences. Seems like the Denver Post has more coupons, but The Gazette might have a hot Q or two that the Post doesn't. The Gazette definitely has more ads.

I've never found a Dollar Tree with newspapers, but I've had so many people recommend it. I'll have to start a map and scour them one-by-one!
