I am about to travel to Colorado and am curious if they are a pre or post coupon tax state. Being in MO (a post coupon tax state) it is hard to shop where it is pre coupon tax. I found a state-by-state list in another thread, but CO wasn't listed. TIA!

Are you just asking in general because unless it was a recent buy out there are no CVS in CO? I don't live there. I only visit, but I think it is pre-coupon. I used to always shop at Kohl's because I didn't have one at home. Now I rarely go shopping when I visit. |
