for me, going there frequently helps me save, but price of gas and time is pricy too.... what do you do?

My friends ask me that all the time..I don't think I've gone food shopping in years..I'm more of a write a list of whats on sale w/coupons hit the store and leave..I used to do the whole walk around the store shop every aisle, and then I found myself buying stuff I didn't need..

I used to wnader, but now with my time being toght I plan it all out. I do one huge shop at Publix then do a smaller one at Bloom for meat. We are lucky in the Upsatte Bloom send out 10/xx for 4-6 weeks at a time & other stores take them!

I go once a week to Cub and Wags - usually Friday afternoons or Saturday mornings. But I definitely just stick to the list.

I go "grocery" shopping every Friday morning, but I usually make a trip to Target, Walmart, and CVS once during the week.

You know, it's really depends on the sale. If it's a great sale 2+ times a day. Not so great a few times a week. I really don't 'grocery shop' I sale shop.

My Kroger (thats the only grocery store I go to, will only allow triple/double on three of the same Q's. So If it's free or less than .50 cents, I will go as many times as I have Q's three at a time!
