I agree, that I admired that Hillary stood by her man and decided to salvage her marriage..she could have walked away with 1/2 of all his millions and noone would have blamed her one bit!

I saw him in Greensboro when he was campaigning in 1992 - OMG, it was so amazing!! I need to upload my pics - I was in the 2nd row when he came by shaking hands and made the split-second decision to snap the picture instead of reaching through to shake his hand.

As for the cheating and why she stayed?? Those two don't have a 5 Year Plan, they have a 50 Year Plan! And it's ALL been leading up to her wanting to be the President. If she'd have left him, she'd just be another scorned DC wife. Wasn't part of the Plan!

erp - see, I didn't assume that. It wasn't even my own initial thought! - my sister said that to me some days ago.

I don't even want to imagine what it was like to go through all that while in the public eye. I won't even venture a guess as to whether anything that was said/done was done out of love for the other or fore-sight into the future political game.

I'm back girls! And I held his hand! OMG! It has really been quite an amazing morning. The energy of the crowd was so infectious and everyone was so excited, way before he even arrived. President Clinton looked lean and fabulous. To whoever said for me to check out his eyes, you are so right, they are stunning. He spoke for about 45 minutes, and was the most intelligent, eloquent speaker I have ever heard. So charismatic and full of energy. It was truly inspiring and such an honor to be there. If I had not already planned on voting for Hillary, I would be upon listening to him. He made such a wonderful argument for her, and was so optimistic about the future this country could have with Hillary as President. He was really quite amazing. I videotaped the entire thing and took lots of pics. At the end I just walked up to the front like I knew exactly what I was doing, and stuck my hand out. He held it and smiled at me. I am so grateful I had the opportunity to attend this rally today. What an experience! Thank you all for sharing in my excitement!

BTW-Moinca, I did NOT wear a blue dress. It was actually black with a leopard print collar and the most FABULOUS leopard print very high heels. I adore those shoes, but my goodness my feet are killing me. Those are 10 minute shoes and I've worn them all day. It was totally worth it!

Mpayne- He is very handsome in person! He looked much better than he did while in office. Much younger and more fit. Thanks for the hot Al Gore pic too. It's a shame he doesn't still look like that pic. That was hot!
