Ok, I just had to say Welcome to 14 people in order to post this URL so I hope that it does some good!!!! Not that I mind welcoming people ..

I just saw on TV that if you go to this URL and post how you have done something to make your family a bit healthier, then they will donate a meal to your local food bank. It is really easy to do. Since this site is so helpful to so many people, I thought that it would be a good chance to give back to others.

I hope I posted in an appropriate place.
