The one we currently have drinks ink like water!

I'm interested in a laser printer, Amazon has a couple Brother ones for about $100.

My question is, I thought I read somewhere that coupons.com (the bulk of my printing) only prints to HP or something. Is this true? Anyone using Brother wireless - especially from a phone?

Hi. I don't know about only printing to HP, but we bought an HP wireless Laser in 2014. We like it because we can use it to copy and as a fax which are features we use.....http://www.amazon.com/dp/B00EELU4ES?tag=afullcup04-20
With 2 kids in college and printing coupons and for other printing we are down to 20% left on a cartridge which is about 6 months old. Plus I can always give the cartridge a shake a couple or three times to extend the life.

I have used my (free after coupons/rebates) Samsung laser printer for almost 10 years and never had a problem with coupons dot com.
Staples runs some good deals on these from time to time. I get my toner from Ebay CHEAP and pay pennies per page.

I recently bought a Brother HL-L2340DW and it prints coupons (coupons dot com) from my iphone and laptop with no problem. I paid $99 from B&H Photo, but earlier last year I got the same printer on Amazon for $79 for my son. I'm still on the cartridge that came with the printer and am getting low toner messages. I ordered a high yield (approx 2,600 pages) replacement from Amazon for about $45 so I'm ready when the original cartridge dies. I was paying too much for my inkjet cartridges! Hope you can find a sale!

This is the one I bought from Amazon 2 months ago. It is great and I paid $100 and then just $10 for a 4 year full coverage warranty. The cartridges are only $14 on Amazon. I believe I have this same model, it is a 3 in 1. Prints 37 pages per minute. I always shake the toner for about 10 seconds and then you can print for months, then shake again and get another 2 months about once a year I replace a toner. This is my 2nd Brother and the only reason is because I wanted a 3 in 1 so I gave my daughter the other Brother which is going strong for 6 years now. She didn't care about scanning or copying features so she is happy.

I need to look at them, I still haven't bought one. I usually just settle on one and buy but for a printer the long term cost is too important.

I recommend a brother, it is good quality and the toners are really cheap

We bought an HP, also use the instant ink program they offer. $4.99 per month for 100 prints, black or color same price. We love it. They do offer different print options.HTH

Thank you so much for responding. I've been so overwhelmed with other issues that I still haven't bought a new printer. I appreciate the recommendation.

Go with a laser, it might be a little more for the printer but the cartridges last a lot longer. I have a Samsung all in one laser at home and it works great. I have HP all in 1's at my offices and they work great too. We actually use a Brother all in 1 for our office fax machine and have for years. They are pretty reliable. Defiantly check the prices on toner cartridges as they do vary a lot, I buy after market ones all the time from Amazon.
