Get $15 off your phone bill each month There is a program where you can get $15 off your phone bill each month. This does not work for a cell phone. It only works on a land phone. You must fill out an application to qualify. Do any AFCers know what this program is called?? Where do you get an application???  |

It is a valid and real program. You need to get a UTAP or Link-Up form to fill out. They will also give you a $30 discount off of your hook-up fee. A family of 4 will qualify if the income is $2,323 per month or lower. |
