Ok so tonight I went to dinner at Red Lobster.. After dinner, I went to use the restroom. They have those automatic flush toilets. Well as I am doing my thing, I hear a mother and young daughter in the bathroom stall next to me. The young girl was probably 4. Anyway, mom gets her on the toilet and the little girl starts to go (I only know this based on the conversation up till this point, which was nothing much just giving the details of HOW BAD she had to go). So the girl has literally been sitting there all of ten seconds, I guess the mom moved just right and triggered the automatic flush.....The lil girl then screams fearfully... OH NO MOM... IM GOING DOWN..

Oh I was laughing sooo hard.. The mom was mortified... but man everyone else in there got a good laugh

Note to all Parents: Please place your finger OVER the toilet sensor after placing your child on the toilet to prevent this from happening to you

Too funny! My DD hated those automatic flushing toilets when she was younger also. She was so fearful of them, I would have to place a piece of tissue over the sensors so that they would not flush before she was ready for it to flush.

I would like to share another funny story about kids in the bathroom.

I took my son to the bathroom after brunch the other morning. He finished his business and I decided that since I was there, I would go quickly. I squatted over the toilet and was pee'ing when he said, "Mom, you go pee out of your butt?" I said no and left it as that. He is 3.5 years old and we have had this conversation about girls and boys differences because he has a younger sister. So, I thought the conversation was done when he then proclaims, "Mommy goes pee and poop out of the butt!" I was horrified because I was just going pee and the bathroom had MANY other people in it. I can't wait to get him back for this when he gets older!

Those sensor flush toilets are sooooooo scarey for kids!
