When I got up yesterday morning, hubby had put a vase of pink/white tulips, a card, and a big coffee mug with hearts all over (I love coffee) beside my purse where I couldn't miss it.

Dh got me a pedi/mani GC. And my mom sent me a package w/ something she made DS and said I had a surprise in there too.....it was a coach purse

I got a beautiful sapphire and diamond ring. Unfortunately we spent the day in the emergency room - my brother-in-law had been in an accident in SC ... then when we got out of there (6 pm) we all decided to get something to eat (me, dh, bro-in-law, sis-in-law & nephew) ... of course w/ Valentines Day, everywhere was packed w/ 1 hr wait ... so we ended up at the Waffle House (go figure ... they weren't busy). We are so rednecked!!! LOL

I got a beautiful card and DH and I delivered flowers and gifts to our four daughters and two grandkids. He picked the flowers, gifts and cards out and asked me to go along when he delivered them. Sigh...what a man!

I got slippers, tweezer's (since I lost mine, 20 bucks each) dinner @ waverly's steak house and I got to go to the Zumanity show here in Vegas. We had so much fun...oh yea we also got a night alone NO KIDS!

I had been wanting another floor lamp for our great room.....found a set of 2, a floor and a table on clearance at WM for $25.00 for the set! Then yesterday, dh gave me one of the cc's and said.......'Here order you a new computer!" Ours is getting up in age, and it is slower than me...  So, in about 2 weeks, I should have a new pc that will go at the speed of light. Happy Valentine's Day to me!

i was blessed to be w/my dh, my mom & stepdad. we went to a movie & out for dinner. the time was priceless!

My hubby stayed home w/ the kids on Valentines Day afternoon, while I went to the movies w/ my friends. I saw 2 movies; Shopaholic & He's just not that into you. I came home to a clean house and flowers. It was the best !

My hubby made my Valentine's present. It was great. He made a me a "geeky" gift. He got a wood heart from Hobbylobby, painted it red, drilled holes, and installed red blinkie lights around the heart. Guess you had to see it. I should post a picture of it. I'm really proud of it. I've always wanted him to make me something for a holiday present. This is the first time that he did. I was on a "Valentine's Day is dumb" kick this year so it was a really nice surprise. It was definitely a "its the thought that counts" type gift. Love my hubby!

For Christmas DH bought me a beautiful LeVian 18k sapphire and chocolate diamond ring, and told me then it counted for every holiday or occasion imagineable for a year  I didn't expect anything. He did send me an electronic card. We were out looking at houses and then went to dinner but we'd have done that even if it hadn't been Valentine's Day. Next month is my birthday and my anniversary is in April - I won't get anything then either and I'm fine with that.

I went to florida to see my man for V-day. (We are getting married on 03/07/09) and he surprised me with a picnic of chinese food, chocolates, a card and then took me to have late 'engagement' pictures done! He is absolutely amazing!!

Dinner at our favorite 5-star, 1 ct. diamond studs, dozen roses, and our upcoming 4 day beach vacation (without kids  ) to celebrate both V-Day and our 5th Anniversary! My man is the best!
