is this only for certain states? I can't seem to get it to work. I assume it's a savings account you have to open?

The ad was in the Salt Lake City Tribune. It doesn't say Utah only. The offer is good til March 31.

The offer is good if you open a checking account. We don't have Bank of America's in Utah yet.

I just went through the process and didn't see anything stated about getting the extra $ for signing up. I chatted with them online and here's how that went...
