I either get my big bottom to Curves or walk at least 3 times a week.

i lift mon and wed on a circet course and run 3 miles on tusday and friday. start summer (when the pools open ) i do laps at least one other day a week and then what ever my unit wants to do, however that is more of a joke (classes like cycling and arobics. yuck) |

I lift weights twice a week and do at least 220 minutes of cadio a week.

Hmm~ I was pretty active when I filled out the "free shoe" survey!!! :daz: I run everyday (a house) I go surfing daily too (da web) I walk laps (around the store trying to remember what I'm forgetting) I skate (around the issue when asked why I'm brings 12 MORE salad dressing into the house) Lift 20 oz weights (I'm a Diet Pepsi fan though) I swim (through inserts when I DD twice a week) |

push-ups(everyday) and jog(twice a week) also constantly going up or down 3 flights of stairs with laundry in hand yeh,I think that counts too.I've already got some serious trail marks on our stairs.The next house will be a one story too. |
