What is your favorite "discount" store?

Target! I don't go to the other stores.

Definately Target! I avoid Wal-Mart and KMart like the plague, they have such bad customer service.

Oh my gosh! Walmart by my house is like a visit to H***!! I hate it so much! It is always so stinking ridiculously busy. It's like shopping on Black Friday all year round! And, the other customers are rude. Every once in awhile I give myself a pep talk and try it again only to be disappointed. The latest disappointment was a steak purchase. I purposely picked the one with the least amount of visible fat only to open the package and find that there was a HUGE hunk of fat hidden under the steak!! Rip off!! I've seen gnats flying around produce, mop buckets left out with no worker around, the mop strewn across the aisle, and on and on and on...

That's why I love Target. I'd much rather pay a little more to shop with dignity.

I do not go to Kmart or Walmart, unless I have to return something that someone else bought for me there. The stores around me are always dirty, disorganized, and full of nasty people(employees and customers.)

I love Target!! I never have a proble there.

I shop at Target and Walmart equally, but voted Target because I've found some great deals there.

There are no BAD days at Target!! It's AAAALLLL good! My plagues are K Mart & CVS!

I have been two Kmart and walmart each once since I started couponing. And have been let down both times. Walked out empty handed at Walmart, quickly. And got a pair of work boots for DF at Kmart.

The stores are horrible, and the people can be so rude!!!

OK...I voted for Walmart. because first of all, they're the only game in town for me.

But more importantly, I can honestly say that I've never had a bad shopping trip there. They take all my coupons, they comp without a problem and I've found most of the associates extremely helpful and friendly. I've even written to Corp to commend them. After reading all the horor stories, maybe I'm just lucky. But I also think that you get back what you give.

I LOVE Target. I can honestly say I know most of the employees by name. A smile is worth a million dollars and I always walk in Target with a smile on my face and saying good morning to everyone. I have always been a loyal customer (even before the world of coupons) but now with coupons I shop there even more.

Even when I needed them to check the total on a receipt one of the managers opened up a lane and we, together rechecked all my items. She was super nice about it and I did not feel embarrassed or bad.

CVS is my favorite discount store! If I could pay w/ ECB's I would shop at Wal-mart or K-mart though!

Yeah, the Super Walmart by my apartment always has really bad produce. Even though I'm all about saving money, I'd rather pay more for produce elsewhere rather than buy produce at Wallyworld. Better yet, I never have any problems with ALDI.

I usually do end up making trips to Walmart for other things, though. Like cleaning supplies, shampoos, photo processing, ect. unless I can find it on sale elsewhere.

Target has Walmart beat by a landslide in the shoe, clothing and accessories departments though. I also really love their seasonal merchandise.

I agree with everyone. Wal Mart here is disgusting and dirty. Only a handful of nice employees. I have had wonderful visits at our local Target.

I love to shop at Target but the closest one to me is 45 minutes away. Unfortunately, WalMart is only 15 minutes from me and in the same town I work in so they tend to get my business. I agree though, they tend to be always busy and not very customer friendly.

But, I must give our local WalMart kudo's. My mom has worked there 17 years and when my sister passed away in August and when she fractured her back in November, they have been more than accomodating to her. They are like her second family and have treated our family wonderfully. I really think it depends on the city/location as to what makes a WalMart good or bad.

I only shop at walmart when I can't get a better deal at Target or my local grocery store. I've never had a prob with coupons but the store is kind of nasty.

I actually love shopping at both walmart and target. Never really had any problems with either one except target once. I don't really shop at Kmart. I can't remember the last time I was in that store

I love shopping at Target. I will only shop at Walmart between 4am to 9am otherwise it is like a circus there and a lot of very rude and scuzy ppl show up from 11am to midnight.

I am a Target person too! I feel like I can get just as good of a deal, and I don't feel icky when I leave.
