I have tried several times to download flash player andit says it was done successfully- but then when I turn around to use it it says that I need to download. I am not really computer savvy so I am at a loss. I wanted to get in on the coke rewards and I have to have flash player- also, there have been other times this has happened on other things. It is so frustrating! Any help would be appreciated!

Do you ladies use any kind of anti virus software???

(I'm asking my hubby about this and that's what he told me to ask ya'll).

yes, but not sure what kind - I will have to ask Jamie, my husband which program we have!TY!

Ok poshpoodle ask your hubby what kind it is-and have him look at the options, we had a problem when we first got our comp and there was an option to block flash and pop ups etc. so that may be your problem!

Some computers will temporarily allow it... others will block it totally even if you click to install it...

Also a lot of times there are updates so even if you visit the site daily you may have to install something daily (ok so it is never that many updates.. but you get the point)..

Another thing to do is go directly to the flash website and download from there.. then go back and try the coke site...

Make the change TinaT suggested to see if it helps the problem... Depending on the type of software you have it will determine where to do this at..

Another thing to check.. on your explorer options... check the security level there. Could have it to where the explorer software itself is blocking you from using the software...

also check to make sure the software isnt being saved to a temp file.
