My Sil just told me about this deal. She has Sprint(I have T-mobile). Anyhow she informed me that she is now saving $30.00 off her family plan. I think they have 5 phone between them. Anyhow she found this out from some one else. She has it marked on her calender each month. Did you know that you can call Sprint and and get a .50 credit for each dropped call? The best part is it is automated. You don't talk to anyone!!!!! Up to 20 calls a month per phone? Yep! So this is what she said to do: 1. dial *2 on your Sprint phone 2. It will ask you what you want to do. You say"Credit for Dropped Calls". 3.Then it will say you you will receive the highest credit available(she said it's .50 each). 4. Then it will ask you what you want to do next, and you repeat steps:1,2, & 3 again. 5. She said she can't remember~but either after 4 0r 5 times it will cut you off. So you have to call back and repeat until it says you have reached your max(I think). 6. Once it does for her phone she moves onto my BIL's, then her sister, DD, and my MIL until she did everyone in the family plan. My BIL said it takes her about 1 hour. But 1 hour to save $30.000 seems worth it to me. She also said it works with Nextel because they merged with sprint but she not sure how to do the Nextel phones. Hope this helps someone! Sherry |

Yes i do this every month its great! Just keep in mind you can only do this every 30 days. So lets say you called October 15th, then you need to wait again until Nov 15 to call. Otherwise you will get a message that says something like "about your calls dropping, since you've had this trouble before would you like to speak to a representative" and it will not allow you to get the credits until after the 30 days are up. Just fyi!
