I've been so busy lately with my two little ones I barely have time to check out AFC!! Anyway, this morning while my kids were napping I decided to jump in the shower real quick and shave my legs. I haven't shaved in about two weeks (icky, I know) so I REALLY needed to get it done (hubby has been bugging me about it too). So anyway there I am trying to get it done as quickly as possible, and BAM!!! I cut my butt with the razor! So there's blood in the shower and I'm getting pissed because I really need to hurry up and get out. So I finish up, apply a bandaid, and get my underwear on. I get out of the bathroom, and am putting lotion on my newly shaved legs, when I realize that only ONE of my legs was shaved!! By that point I had to get the kids up because one was crying and the other was banging her head on the crib, so today I am walking around with a cut butt, one hairy leg, and one perfectly smooth, moisturized leg.

Awww philomena... the joys of being a mommy! Trust me, we all feel your pain! My DH loves to point out things that I have let go (hair always up, pajamas on all day, etc) at the exact moments i DON'T NEED TO HEAR IT! Just hang in there, I'm sure tomorrow will be a more pleasant day!! You can always try my way, wait for DH to come home, shove the baby to him and run into the bathroom, lock the door and take your time doing what you have to do... of course he'll knock every 5 minutes, but, eh, let him!

Awwwww It literally takes me a WEEK to shave - one lower leg one day...one lower leg the next....one upper leg the next....and finally the other upper leg....then we start again!!! I need a COUPON for a free 20 minute shower!!

I do the same thing!!! Don't you hate it when you forget which leg you are supposed to shave!!! TEE HEE
