Smile What are your favorite Pampered Chef items?

A friend of mine is selling Pampered Chef. I have always heard great things about Pampered Chef, but have never bought anything. I would really like to try it out, but not sure what to order.
Does anyone have pampered chef stuff and if so, do you like it. What are your favorite items and what do you like most about them.
I would love some feedback!
Thanks!

O.K. so I have a stupid question....what exactly is a pizza stone. I mean, I have them before, just not sure what the difference is between one of these and a regular pizza pan. I have always wondered and never researched the answer.

I love anything pampered chef but my 2 favorite are: the apple corer/slicer, and the rubber spatula/scooper... love love love them. The apple corer works great for onions and boiled eggs also. HTH

First let me say be careful, you can get some pretty comparable stuff for less cost in stores...having said that, I love PC. I use my round stone and my jelly roll stone pan all the time. I also have the apple peeler corer slicer which I would not live without and the oil spritzer.

Stone are stoneware pans - they bake a high temps and are awesome. cleanup - once they are seasoned is a breeze! They are heavy and if they are dropped they will break. But they are something I think will last forever if cared for.

Oil spritzer - it's a bottle and you put your oil in it - canola oil, whatever - and then you pump air in it and then you push the button like pam. It's alot cheaper to use this than to buy pam everytime I run out. Hope that helps with the questions.

The pizza stone and dish brush. My dish brush sadly got ruined when it dropped to the bottom of the dishwasher and melted, but I had it for 10 years (yes, they are that good)

OMG I love PC! I used to be a consultant but was spending all my comissions on more products so I wasn't getting ahead!

MY favorite item is any stoneware pan. I have 3 different sizes: Medium, Large and pizza stones. They are a little pricey and you can get a stone from other stores but they do not compare to the PC ones.

I also love my pizza cutter. And my Classic batter bowl too. Really the only 2 things that I have tried that I didn't like was the Rice cooker and silicone basting brush.

I am currently a Pampered Chef consultant, but used my stones a lot before I started selling it a little over a year ago! I have used PC products for about 15 years, and still use some of the first items I ever bought! I am in NC, so if anyone needs a consultant, I'd be more than happy to help you! For anyone that may be interested, please PM me! Thanks!!!

One more thing: the best way to get some PC products for free/discounted is to have your own show! As a host, you never pay full price for anything in the catalog, and you don't pay shipping! Thanks!

I have 4 favorites that are used almost daily in our house.
1. pizza cutter
2. round stone
3. ice cream scoop
4. veggie peeler, I am left handed and most of the veggie peelers are not left handed friendly. Pampered Chef works for both.

And yes their stuff is a tad pricey, but as far as I remember they have lifetime warranty.
Someone correct me if that is not the case anymore.

Very true, most women love love love Pampered chef and will buy one thing or more. Last time I had a party it was small only about 8 women, but I racked up on the book sales too. I was able to get everything on my wish list at a discount, plus more that I didn't know I wanted.....

I personally love my mandolin. I hate cutting potatoes onions veggies in general by hand so this is AMAZING!! I also love the spatulas. DH and DD get really angry though because there is nothing left in the bowl to lick anymore OH OH OH AND the can opener! It opens the glue on cans instead of cutting so there are no sharp edges (and if you get this, get the can strainer which is also really good for stinky/oily stuff like tuna)

I have had my vegetable peeler forever (10 years?). It is a better quality than what you get at the store. I've had my rectangular stone for at least 7 years. I use it for everything(frozen pizzas, cookies, etc..). Love the garlic press. The can opener is a favorite also.

I forgot to mention earlier but on the stones it is impossible to burn anything on them. I left some chocolate chip cookies in the oven one time, I forgot to set the timer, they were suppose to be in there for 20 minutes, I came back to them 50 minutes later. Still the best!

Can I ask how you all store your stonewear? Can you stack other things inside of them, or do those items then get oily on the bottom? Do you leave it in the oven all the time?

I had one years ago and gave it away not really understanding stonewear at that time. I totally regret it now!

I love the Deep Dish Covered Baker. VERY pricey but if you have a party you can get it for 50% off - it's $75 normally. I can cook a whole chicken in the microwave in 30 minutes or FROZEN chicken breasts in about 15 to 20 min. A pork tenderloin cooks in 15 min. It's great. You can also cook casseroles etc too.

#1 - the small bar stone (it just fits into my toaster oven!!)
#2 - the pizza cutter (we use it to cut all food into smaller pieces for our little kids)
#3 - the large bar stone
