Clinique foundation - only buy when store is in gift - I feel better if I get a kiss, I mean a gift when I pay that much for (an excellent) foundation!

I like to eat lunch out 1-2x a week with friends. My hubby and I eat out usually once a weekend - sometimes more sometimes less but it is "us" time.

If I don't have q's I still will spend on produce - I love fruit!

Diet Pepsi - I usually can find it on sale, but regardless, I'm gonna have it!

I need to get some new bras and jeans, but I have become really tight about spending $$ where I don't absolutely have to.

Meat from the meat market. They have great sales too. A good book, comfortable shoes love handbags, coach, Dooney, but my new obsession is Vera Bradley. I need my handbags to be very functional and coach and dooney don't seem to have enough pockets. I collect snoopy things and Mary Moo Moo's so if I see something I want I pick it up. High speed internet.

Fun question.

Our splurges are vacation and dining out. Not that we eat at expensive restaurants most of the time, but we do go out sort of often. Scheduling problems forced us to skip taking a real vacation last year and it stinks! We love taking nice vacations. I still go to the same pricey hairdresser for cuts, but I did stop getting highlights and I don't buy salon products anymore.
The older powershot is awesome..I still have mine & wouldn't trade it for a new one, it is model A620. If you can find that model used, def go for it! I bought the next years model for my girls & it just wasn't the same..just holding it you could feel a difference in weight...

We had an older one, too, and loved it. It finally died so we replaced it w/a new model Power Shot. I kept telling myself we just hadn't gotten the settings right yet, but I'm definitely not the only one. The Kids and Pets setting has helped w/some of the blurriness. Until I began reading and hearing of so many other people having the same problems w/the new ones I definitely thought we had a defective one.

Yes, love my Clinique foundation as well! I have a friend who works at a dept. store and she gets it for me for 20% off. Otherwise, there are no discounts. I also get it when they have the free gifts with purchase.

Wow...looks like Coach purses are a popular splurge.

New Coach purse usually twice a year, highlights and cut every 6 weeks (this is my big splurge at over $100 each time), and if there's a video game I want, I buy it. I try to wait for it to go on sale or search for who has the cheapest price but not always. It's rare that I want a video game so when I do, I will usually buy it.

To add to mine. I splurge on buying toys, games, clothes, etc. for my son. I want to make sure that he is well taken care of and has enough to play with. Anything for him.

For myself, I always like to have a nice purse. It used to always have to be Coach....but now I'll carry Kate Spade bags too- guess I've cheapened a little bit

My biggest splurge would definitely be my kids though- nothing is too much for them. I have a hard time spending $40 on a pair of jeans for myself, but will drop that in a heart beat in Gymboree for my DD. Same thing with toys and we are always planning little weekend trips during the summer whether it be to the amusement park or zoo or anything else we find! Nothing is too much for the kids...

I know it's backwards, but I have the same problem! :/ These days, I hardly ever shop for myself. If I'm not shopping for grocery and household items, it's for DD. I really need to work on that one. Mommy needs a little treat here and there too.

I'd have to say going out to eat at least twice a week and going on a Disney weekend vacation at least ten times a year.

For me, makeup (Clinique foundation) and highlights about every three months. Also eating out a couple of times a week and vacations. We take a beach vacation with my entire family every summer and it's probably my favorite week of the whole year, as well as a few weekend trips just us and our kids. I'm sure alot of things we do for our kids could be considered spulrges as well.

Glad I saw some of the posts on the Power Shot. I'd like to get a new camera before summer and that's one I was really thinking about. My mom has one and loves hers but I'm guessing it's one of the older ones.

The biggest thing I can think of is going out to eat. We LOVE to go out to eat. Of course I still use coupons when I can but it definitely helps to save money elsewhere so we can afford nice meals with each other.

And lately it's been home improvement. Pricey but worth it!

Mmmmm, I've been thinking about this for a while now-since i got into couponing actually.

1. A good winter coat-since we moved back North I freeze all winter long. I love my North Face parka.
2. Hair products and a good colorist. I have fine, mousey brown, ho hum hair. I am addicted to Alterna Caviar Shampoo and Conditioner ($30-32/bottle-I hate it when DH uses it on his buzzed head. Can't say anything tho...)
3. Vasque hiking boots-last forever. Need good boots for the snow and cold.
4. Good Purses-Coach, Dooney & Burke, Beijo. Can't tolerate cheap purses anymore.
5. Motorcycles-my husband and I have quite a stable of European motorcycles.

It's a darn good thing that I've started couponing with all my extravagances...

Private school for dd, coffee (have to have organic dark roast beans!), wine, pedicures and brow waxes. Vacations every so often, last real one was two years ago to an all inclusive resort in the Dominican Republic, now that was a vacation!
