Im so proud of her. We go to a Southern Baptist Church and they like to wait until the kids decide it is time for them to do it and understand what they are doing. So i am a very happy Mommy

I want to get her something but im not sure what yet. Her Sunday School teacher called me last night and asked me if he could get her a bible with her name on it so im thinking maybe i will get her a case to carry her bible in. Any other suggestion?

We got my daughter a plague with a little girl praying on it with the date of her baptism. We also got her a beautful rosary.

we got our daughter a rosary too for her first communion, but that is a totally Catholic thing (if I am not mistaken)

Yeah i think the Rosary is a Catholic thing and we are Southern Baptist. I have decided to get her a Bible Case and am going to check into the plaque wonder where i find something like that. The Bible case will go good with the gift her Sunday School Teacher is getting her. He is getting her a Bible with her name and that on it and my Dad and Step mom already said they are getting her a cross necklace. I found some really cute Bible Cases for girls now just to pick between them all. There is a really cute Pink camoflauge one that says Property of the Lord that i lke but there are also so many other ones. Choices, choices, choices.
