I really like that we can get sales ads early. but sometimes I get so confused or overwhelmed that I forget what store has what on sale for how much what coupon I need to find or when the sales is etc!!!

How do you keep track of what store has what each week, and in future weeks. do you use a chart on paper computer what?!? I need your secret. please I need help and I think this can help others on here as well

I have a separate list for each store. As soon as i see a deal at one of my stores i write it on my paper with as much detail as possible like how much the Q is for where it can be found etc.
When its time to shop i review my paper get my Qs together and make a smaller compact shopping list.

I get overwhelmed too so I try to concentrate on one or two stores. I mostly shop at Shaws and since my H&B stockpile is pretty well set I only venture to the drug stores occasionally. I need to get to WG next week for foil but other than that haven't been there in at least a month. I think trying to do too many stores is not worth it once you are mostly stocked up on everything.

I use an Excel spreadsheet. I list the current week's deals at the top - separated by store.

Then at the bottom of the list I have a section for each store and list future deals I know about - indicating which week the deal starts.

I get overwhelmed too, But I think writing it in advance perhaps in my planner that it would be helpful?

I get an envelope and write the store name and date and write the item and price on the envie and put the q in it.

If it is a really good sale I don't want to miss, I'll write it in my day planner so I don't miss it!

When I go thru my sales sheets I cut out the item I want to get and paperclip it to the corresponding coupon. I dont do too many stores so this works great for me. I do still take my coupon file with me...just in case.

I usually only go to one store. It's too much for me otherwise.

The exception is CVS, because it's so close to my house. I just look at their ad on Sunday and circle anything I can't resist, then I see if it ads up to $15 or $20 or $50 or whatever coupon amount I happen to have $X/$XX that week. Lately, I don't even go there if I don't have one of those coupons from email or the coupon machine.

In the beginning, I did 'do' CVS and roll the ECB's etc. but it did not take long before I was all stocked up on shampoo, razors, deodorant, toothpaste, and feminine supplies. After I switched all our prescriptions to Target (Like the syringe container better, earn 10% off after every 10th prescription), I hardly go to CVS... which for me means 1-2 times per month, and sometimes I don't even buy anything.

I prioritize what I need, then by what is on sale on a sheet of paper. I pull q's from my binder and put them in my small coupon holder. I keep the list in the folder. I shop by which sale ends first, and which items I think will sell out fast.
