My daughter, Audrey, is 16 and this is her 3rd year leading a team and she really has a great passion for it. She started in 8th grade when we were shopping and she saw a picture that broke her heart of a premie. Both of her aunts were pregnant at the time and as she read it she decided she needed to do something. She got a group of girlfriends together and they raised over $1000. This is a cause that is very near and dear to my heart as well. My Granddaughter is a preemie, she was born at 28wks gestation. My daughter is PG again and is at risk of having another Preemie. My granddaughter is six months old now and doing great though! I donated to the March of Dimes in her behalf. I commend your daughter for her efforts!
