You may have read that I was a grand prize winner in the Chick-fil-a Dr. Pepper on-line instant win game ~ I wanted a nugget platter but a free trip is nice too!

They sent DH & I embroidered mock turtlenecks and real leather letterman jackets embroidered with ACC logo and Dr. Pepper logo.

We could have driven the 5 hour trip ~ but they offered to fly us and with the price of gas... Well we had to go to Atlanta to get back here to FL

So it only took us 11 hours total and we missed last nights party

They have been treating us right though! They gave us hats and a lighter jacket. We all got footballs. They had the 92 Heismann trophy winner here so I got him to sign the ball.

I thought there were 13 of us throwing ~

13 Chick-fil-a winners ~ 34 total!

I made the first few shots ~ but the guy that is throwing made it from the 25 yard line. He gets a minimum of $10,000. But he gets 5 balls at the 5 yard line for $10,000 each then he goes to the 20 yard line and gets 10 balls worth $100,000. He has a minute at each of the lines and the max is a million.

Now since I was a Chick-fil-a winner DH & I are invited to a special event and the invite said "gift bag for attending". I'm hoping for some free Chick-fil-a coupons!

Too much rum & Dr. Pepper!!!

The Chick-fil-a party was nice! Good food & a backpack with 7 or 8 neat Chick-fil-a items!

The Dr. Pepper party was awesome!!! Open (FREE) bar! Tons of food! DJ and lots of dancing!

They had all the football helmet coolie cupc you could carry off! And a bunch of other soureniers!

I sold my Heisman autographed football for $100. It was neat, but 12 yr old tweener would have snagged it and lost it somewhere!

DH & I need to sober up before the pre-game party (4-8 PM). I expect they might have another open bar!
