I still have a few presents to wrap ~ but I just need to decorate!

I have bought only one present this year.

I decided not to spend much money this year, well my budget decided it for me! So men are getting the power razors, kids are getting camera's, small photo albums and a 5.00 gc to develop their film and the ladies are getting bath and body baskets. Mostly from my stockpile. So all I have left to actually get is a mp3 player for DD. Hope I can find one of those cheap!

I have most of my shoppiong done and other things started. We will get our tree next week (black friday) and be decorated by the end of thanksgiving weekend. I will suffer a melt down maybe a week before xmas b/c I will have all my Xmas cards in the mail by the 5th and start baking on the 10th. God, I love this time of year!

Yes, it just occured to me this AM that I would be putting the tree together & decorating it this time next week....and trying to keep the two year old away from it...and trying to decide if I can legitimately skip Xmas cards two years running...and trying to figure out where the heck all the gifts I've picked up all year are shoved...and wrapping them if I find them...OMG!!!!!!!!

UGH..not only have I not started Christmas shopping..my two oldest boys bithday's are the week of Christmas. Johnathon will be 21 on the 21st and Jeremiah will be 20 on the 24th And my anniversary is the 26th!

well i have a semi game plan
not a big one this year a few things for dd and thats about it
dh & i get what we want when we want it so its not like we even want anything
GCs for the tweener and they are almost done

I love Christmas but this year I am so dreading it. Since I am a SAHM we have been busting butt to just get our sons christmas which still have 175$ left to pay on his layaway. I won't be getting any gifts for adults this year just the kids. Thank God most of my family is broke . Its great to have a family that don't care! I am looking more forward to next year. Since I am new to this couponing thing. Next year I should really have a good stockpile and will be able to make cheap baskets for everyone which my family would love.

Now for decorating ohhhhh I can't wait I love it.

Can't wait till the day after Thanksgiving thats when we do it... and if I had it my way I would try to do it now .

I have been shopping but don't know where it all is! NSD is moving to Camp Pendleton Turkey weekend and then the school carnival the next weekend and then and then and then..... can we put Christmas on hold for a week or so this year???

We do not put our tree up until Christmas Eve and it comes down on New Year's Day. My son Jerry has his birthday on Christmas Eve, and after we have cake and ice cream we decorate the tree

Just to add into it, for those of you hoping to be better stocked for next year, don't forget about the Target 75% off toys sale in mid-Jan! I have more toys than I can possibly use this year between that and freebies and random clearance I've found during the year....going to have to clear it out, guess toys for tots will be getting a good donation from me this year! Wonder if TRU will do the 90% thing in Feb. again?
