| Food Network magazine?
Does anyone subscribe to Food Network magazine? Do you think it's worth it? Is it just recipes? Are there lots of pictures to go w/the recipes? (I can't make anything w/out a picture!) And more importantly - are there any coupons in it? :-) I'm thinking about putting it on my wishlist for Christmas. Thanks!

Just picked this up in Kroger yesterday, haven't had a chance to look at it though, will try to remember to post once I look at it.

I think I was supossed to get one of those magazines from she speaks and I have not received it yet. If I had to guess I sure the magazine has great recipes and photo's. I have not seen it out yet in the stores but if I get a chance to check it out I will let you know what I think. BTW, the Rachel Ray maga is very nice and Paula Deens is good to but, I could not cook all her recipes or I would be ginormous and going for a by-pass surgery.

rainyI have seen it, but I haven't actually looked through it. I see that the stars are on the cover (Emeril, Paul Deen, Barefoot Contessa, etc.), but I'm not sure what's inside.

Ok, had time to look through my new magazine It is very nice, a little larger than some magazines with a heavier than average cover. Lots of good recipes and pictures, this is apparently the premier issue. They are selling charter subscriptions for $15. for 10 issues which looks to be a pretty good deal, being that I just paid $3.99 for this one magazine. You're welcome ![]() Oh, and I forgot the best part on about the 4th and 5th page there is a two page index of all of the recipes in the magazine; organized by category and the index includes thumbnail size pictures of the recipes. That is a pretty cool feature.

I just tried ordering this magazine from their website. Once I finished giving all my info I hit "place order" and was given an error message. I looked at my bank account and sure enough they charged me. I spend OVER AN HOUR looking for the food network/ hearst magazine phone number. Sat on hold for 15 minutes and was told I needed to wait 24 hours because it's very possible that even though it said my order never went through; It could have. Really deceptive if you ask me. I'm totally annoyed with the company. In case anyone needs it the number is 866-587-4653 |

I got a free issue of this mag and I though it was great! I reallyed loved all the pics and all the helpful cooking tips! I would subscribe if it wasn't so expensive.
