| Can you buy or add money to a giftcard with Catalinas?
(long time lurker.. first time poster.. PLEASE forgive me if I make a faux pas) Is it possible to buy a gift card or add my catalina money to my giftcard? I have giftcards for Kroger and FOod Lion and (thanks to the Glade Cat) have quite a bit in Catalinas for both stores (OYNP) ... anyone do this before? What's the most hassle-free way to make that happen? I'm SO new to coupons and all I'm still really afraid of raising a stink if something doesn't work.  |

Welcome to AFC! So glad you joined us. This depends on each ind. store's policy and if there are any restrictions on the catalina itself. Never hurts to ask ahead of time.

Thanks--we tried most of Saturday and we were told no at at least 6 different Kroger and Food Lions. ugh.. Here we got a-shopping to build up food storage before they expire!

Welcome Manna!!  I have to ask what is a faux pas??  Sorry I can't help you, I would imagine it is what Little J's Mom said. Oh I see, you want to put them towards a gift card because they are going to expire and you don't want to lose them. That is a great idea tho. |

Kroger doesn't have a restriction against getting a gift card so not sure why you weren't able to do it there. Sorry
