Has anyone ever experienced any inaccuracies with BzzAgents Quality Score on their Homepage, and/or not been credited with points that they've earned?

I recently submitted a 1st bzz report for my 3rd campaign (Silk Soymilk) and it got approved 8 days later, but I don't believe that my points have been credited and my Quality Score also seems inaccurate. Should I wait another day to see if it updates (report was approved yesterday) or should I be contacting Jono about these discrepancies?

Your points will probably never make sense to you (as Angie stated). The only number that will make sense are the Bzzpoints because they are a straight number. The other two, participation and quality scores, are a calculated number. When they grant you quality points, they somehow calculate the number of campaigns you've done and get a new quality points number for you. I have no idea how it works, though.

First, it does take a couple days after the report is approved to be credited to your account. so if it isnt there yet... just wait for a couple more days..

Second to actually calculate it. They take the total number of points that you have earned in the last year and divide by the number of campaigns in the last year. so for example, if you have earned 300 points in the last year (365 days.. not like calendar year) and participated in 2 campaigns, your score is 150. However if you participate in 3 your score is 100.
