that is the same thing i got too, but if you look in the heading it tells you about the giftcard. i re-did the link also, so that it should show now. but you did fill out the right info in the right place-header may have been missing.

I did it and it said I got the gift card. Maybe it depends on how you answer the questions. I just made up stuff, I checked that I use UPS, and I have overnight and ground deliveries.
