| Anyone have a recipe for Japanese Onion Soup? They serve this at our favorite Japanese Steakhouse and I want to make it at home!!! TIA!!   |

| Here is a link to one I find a bit ago. This is our favorite lunch at work. We do a call in order for soup and rice and that great shrimp sauce they serve. Never made it at home let me know if you find a recipe that is better than this one. I would be the hit at work if I brought a pot of this in. Japanese Onion Soup Recipe |

| Not really like Miso--its "brothy" and has mushrooms, green onions, and what seems to be french fried onions in the one they serve here....I've seen various ones, but haven't been brave enough to try one that someone doesn't "vouch" for,  !I may try the one posted though!! Thanks! |
